The Women, Infant, and Children’s Program (WIC) provides healthy food, meetings with dieticians, and breastfeeding support to moms who are pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum. Eligibility Requirements

Who can qualify for the program?

You can start your qualification for the WIC program by meeting one of the following requirements:

  • Pregnant woman
  • Breastfeeding woman with an infant under 12 months
  • Non-breastfeeding woman up to 6 months of postpartum
  • Infant under 12 months of age
  • Child 1 to 5 years of age
  • Individuals with children participating in Medicaid, TANF, and free or reduced-price school lunch

Note: Fathers, custodial grandparents, foster parents or other guardians may apply for WIC for their children.

If you qualify for the program, get in touch with our office to set up your first appointment. Please make sure you bring the following items to your appointment:

  1. Identification for all participants (Birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Medicaid Card)
  2. Proof of residence
  3. Proof of income for all members of the household

Please note that we are closed on Federally recognized Holidays.
